Description / Biog
My love of nature, the great outdoors and geology allow me to collect all the rocks, minerals and fossils (or raw materials). I design a unique and elegant range of Irish stone and silver jewellery. where the rocks, minerals and fossils are cut using diamond bladed saws, carefully shaped using diamond grinding wheels and hand polished with cerium oxide powder. The final polished stones are either set in handcrafted silver settings or fitted with beaten and polished wire fittings and ornamentation. Occasional limited edition collections are prepared from rocks and gems from other parts of the world. A number or ranges are available, each including earrings, brooches, pendants rings and cufflinks. Commissions and pieces produced to individual requirements are always welcome! Great pride is taken in the fact that the Jewellery is a unique handcrafted product that is fashionable, attractive and very wearable. My inspiration comes from the colours and patterns in the polished stone. Designs are kept simple to give elegance and allow the stone to shine!
