Description / Biog
Clear Ink helps businesses to get their message across clearly, concisely and successfully. We can write and edit whatever business communication you need - from a business plan and customer letters to a newsletter or an annual report. We will share our skills so you can do it yourself. We offer training courses in business communication, letter/email writing, report writing, minute-taking and creative newsletters.
My own experience includes being a journalist for the Irish Times and an author of Common Errors in Written English (Chambers), aswell as being a veteran trainer. My partner, Margaret Ward is a financial journalist with the Sunday Times and a broadcaster and trainer.
Together we aim to empower people to communicate in clear English and share our enthusiasm for writing.
Currently, we are working on delivering training courses for customer service clients, creating a style guide for corporate clients and writing/editing business plans
